Job Title:   QA Technical Support 3D Artist 
Job Description: 
Adobe is looking to hire a QA Technical Support 3D Artist to work with the Product management team in our 3D & Immersive organization.  This role will support our solutions for 3D staging within graphic design, compositing, and digital imaging space. The QA Technical Support Artist will own the customer support training and be the first level of triaging customer support issues.  They will be a direct part of the product development team, advocating for the issues that need to be fixed, and being a voice of the customer in planning events.  We are looking for a team member who is passionate about improving workflows to create powerful, reliable 3D tools. 
Role 
Become an expert of Adobe 3D workflows through daily use in products in early development 
Provide training for Adobe Support team on product updates 
Provide support daily to resolve customer issues on Discord, forums, and email 
Partner with development team to improve product support processes 
Directly contribute to product planning by advocating for customer issues and improvements 
Requirements 
3D generalist with strong experience in scene layout and rendering 
Experience with Creative Cloud design tools including Photoshop and Illustrator 
Analytical thinking to support investigating and documenting issues. 
Strong written and verbal communication and passion for working with other creatives to solve issues 
Strong empathy for artists and developers and a desire to assist others 
Understanding of hardware including CPU, GPU, drivers, RAM and physical space at home to have multiple testing devices 
Pluses 
Experience working with an issue tracking system (such as Atlassian JIRA) 
Experience working within a team using Agile methodologies  
Experience in customer support, customer engagement, or community building  
Familiarity with additional Adobe tools including After Effects, Premiere, In Design, Express, Lightroom, Acrobat, or other tools. 
Interview areas 
3D technical knowledge and ability to debug and describe potential bugs and issues 
2D application knowledge and ability to translate technical problems for non-technical creative customers 
Experience with customer service / passion for quality and knowledge sharing
